All players will be checked for valid USA Hockey registration. Please bring proof of USA Hockey membership with you. If you do not have 2007-2008 membership, you will be required to purchase your USA Hockey membership online at www.usahockey.com and submit proof.

All players will be assigned a tryout jersey and number. The jerseys must be returned at the conclusion of each tryout slot.

All players will be screened using the SCAHA Delinquency List. No player on the list will be allowed to tryout, there will be NO exceptions!

Players MUST pre-register and pre-pay for the LAJK Midget Tier I Tryouts by completing the LAJK Midget Tier I Tryout form. The form AND payment of $30.00 MUST be RECEIVED no later than JUNE 4th. Only one payment for one tryout per team (18U or 16U) is due at time of registration. Please do not send money for multiple tryout slots. Please DO NOT mail applications requiring signature- NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED only! Players will be directed at the conclusion of their first tryout regarding making the team or registering for additional tryouts. Tryouts are $30 per session.

Pre-Registered players will be notified via e-mail about their
tryout date and time by JUNE 5th . Players will be placed on a first come first serve basis.

Players registering after JUNE 4th will be placed on a
tryout team on a space available basis only!

PRE-REGISTERED MIDGET TIER I PLAYERS WILL BE ASSIGNED IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING GROUP (A.B or C if needed) SLOTS.
ALL ICE SLOTS ARE 1 ½ HR. DURATION.
