Dear PeeWee Tryout Candidate
All players will be checked for valid USA Hockey registration. Please bring proof of USA Hockey membership with you. If you do not have 2007-2008 membership, you will be required to purchase your USA Hockey membership online at www.usahockey.com and submit proof.
All players need to bring a dark-colored (preferably black) and a light colored (preferably white) jersey with a number.
All players will be screened using the SCAHA Delinquency List. No player on the list will be allowed to tryout, there will be NO exceptions!
Players may pre-register and pre-pay for the LAJK Tryouts by completing the LAJK Tryout form. This is not mandatory. All A/B tryouts are open and walk-ons are welcomed but space is limited. Only one payment for one tryout per team is due at time of registration. Please do not send money for multiple tryout slots.
Please DO NOT mail applications requiring signature- NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED only! Players will be directed at the conclusion of their first tryout regarding making the team or registering for additional tryouts. Tryouts are $30 per session.
For Pre-Registration only -
The form AND payment of $30.00 MUST be RECEIVED no later than
JUNE 11th for AA.
JUNE 25th for A.
Players may register and pay for the tryouts on the day of tryouts at the check-in table.
